Terms and Conditions of Sale


You can order goods on our website. All prices on the website are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT. An order is not binding upon until it is accepted; must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment.

Here is how the purchase process works through our online store:

  1. Add products to the shopping cart.
  2. Once your desired products are in the shopping cart, click Checkout.
  3. Checkout: Enter your delivery and billing details, and select your desired payment method. accepts payments through Bank Transfer or Paypal.
  4. You must accept the terms and conditions of sale.
  5. Click Review Order to double check your order before finalizing it.
  6. If you are paying with Paypal, you will be able to login to your account here to make a payment.
  7. Once you click Place Order, your order is created and you will receive a confirmation email.


If you are paying by Bank Transfer, please send the payment within three days of your order.

Delivery aims to quickly deliver products to its customers, preferably within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Orders that include items that are out of stock will remain pending until all items are available. For obvious damage, failed deliveries or complaints you are encouraged to contact us by email or by telephone at +45 30611330. It is always a good idea to check the goods upon delivery. LaLuux uses Post Denmarkservices. The cost for postage in Denmarkof the first item is 39 DKK, plus 10 DKK for each additional item. Purchases over 550 DKK are delivered free of charge in Denmark.

Return and Exchange Policy offers our Customers an 8-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases.

In order to exchange items or issue a credit/refund, you must follow the Product Return Procedure detailed below.

Product Return Procedure

  • To return a product in compliance with's satisfaction guarantee, you must request to return it within 8 days of its receipt.

We will refund your reasonable freight costs, as you may have in connection with returning goods when the complaint is justified.
